twogether

forget imelda and ferdinand marcos who introduced conjugal dictatorship in the political glossary for there are still partnerships that thrive and survive in the cutthroat world of politics.
in the past, amidst a manipulative rival, cory and ninoy had each other.they knew that even incarceration can't thwart their principles.their love was moving to say the least and it proved to be inspirational even after ninoy's death.
who would have thought that barack obama would defeat hillary clinton's popularity and well-funded machinery?he had a compelling story that modern day America hopelessly needs.yet,in a bevy of adoring crowd, his staunchest supporter lies in the person of his wife-michelle obama.
i read an extensive scoop of her in newsweek and i came to know that her's wasn't a fairy tale story in an instant. she had to triumph a lot of insecurities before landing a diploma in princeton and harvard law school.in fact the first time she met barack, she thought of him as "another guy who can talk straight".yet, time had showed her that he is not just a passing romance.
since then, she had helped in achieving his lofty dreams.she had vigorously reminded him that in the hype of adulation,he is first and foremost a family man.michelle had purchased two macbooks so he can do video conferences with his daughters where ever he is.she did this, without qualms to prove her point.
they are a formidable team and i have a feeling they will conquer the white house in a sweeping victory.
it takes two to define a duet and a duel.it's a decision two be one.
